The Butterfly House is a unique waterfront property offering amazing sunsets from your private dock. The house is nestled in a lush, fenced estate next door to the world-famous Lorelei Restaurant. Enjoy your private pool, jacuzzi, tiki bar, dock, basketball court and much more. Perfect for families and comfortably hosts up to 7 guests. Book now to create memories that will last a lifetime.
Property Layout:
The Butterfly House consists of two separate living spaces: the main house and a detached back cottage. This setup works well for families or groups who want shared space along with a bit of privacy.
Main House (3 Bedrooms / 2 Full Bathrooms):
- Ocean Room (Primary Bedroom): King bed with an ensuite bathroom. This bathroom also connects to the Palm Room and can be locked for privacy if desired.
- Palm Room: Queen bed.
- Coral Room: Two twin beds.
Back Cottage:
The detached back cottage includes a queen bed and a private en suite full bathroom. It’s ideal for guests wanting a quieter, more private space while still being part of the group.
All bedrooms are equipped with smart TVs.
The property is designed to be enjoyed both on and off the water:
- Private dock with sunset views
- Fish-cleaning station located directly on the dock
- Outdoor standard refrigerator/freezer

Such a stunning property. We loved sitting out by the fire at night, fishing off the dock, watching the sunrise and sunsets from the perfectly placed Adirondack chairs, and i could go on and on. We will be back. Thank you !

Perfection!
This was our second time staying at the Butterfly House and it just felt like coming home! Everything you want and or need is there and even over the course of 1 year improvements were made to the property. Its quaint, comfortable and just enjoyable. We are lucky enough to frequent Islamorada a few times throughout the year and this will always be a spot we will spend at least one of our visits. The Family that owns the home cares about your experience as well as the property so go and take in a sunset sitting on the pier listening to some music from next door after a great day in the sun! This is house is Quintessential classic Keys!!!
