ISLA MUJERES is a very quiet island, most of its inhabitants are people who have lived on the island all their lives and welcome visitors with open arms.

The best thing to do is to rent golf carts, since they can freely roam the island without time pressure.
Public transport is also available at the corner of the house, you can take the bus or a taxi.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 6 bathrooms, and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with 5 bedrooms. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a sofa bed, and a coffee maker.

Modern home with all the amenities and convenient location

All 9 of us really enjoyed this home!!! The house was clean and spacious. Raul is an excellent host with great response time and recommendations. Having the golf carts arranged to be at the house for us was a huge plus. The house is walking distance from Torro, an amazing taco spot open for breakfast and lunch. Also walking distance from Oscars Pizzeria, great late night eats. The big supermarket is a short golf cart ride away. 6 of us walked across the street to the marina and went fishing with Chilli Sports Fishing!!!!We all enjoyed our week in isla Mujeres! This house was a pleasant part of the experience. plea.

DO NOT BOOK THIS PROPERTY! The house was filthy and bore no resemblance to the listing. Despite claiming to be "new," it was anything but. Communication with the host was fine initially, but as our stay approached, we didn’t receive check-in instructions until the day of arrival, and I had to contact them for this information. The map provided did not open, and the directions were so vague that even the taxi drivers were confused. The house felt unsafe. Upon arrival, we found two strangers sitting outside, and a man was entering and exiting through another entrance to clean the pool. The host later explained that only authorized personnel should be entering around 7 a.m. to clean the pool—yet this was happening at night, which felt completely unsafe. The house smelled, the floors were dirty, and the walls were grimy. Stains covered almost everything, including the couches and cushions. Room doors didn’t lock properly, and the sliding door to the pool area had no lock at all. The sheets were dirty, and the walls were stained. My family felt unsafe and disgusted, so we had no choice but to find new accommodations that night. The host is refusing a refund and suggested nonsensical solutions. He claimed that if we had notified him, he would have sent someone to re-clean the property, repaint the walls, and replace ALL the furniture that were stained—all of which would have required us to stay in the house while these actions took place. DO NOT BOOK THIS PROPERTY!!

Absolutely perfect

I highly recommend this house for your stay on Isla Mujeres! It was absolutely perfect for our group of 9. Every room is a master suite allowing for personal space and privacy. A great common area for us to be together as well. The pool was awesome! Our kids wanted to swim after we returned home from a day of fun and the pool was great! Raul was communicative and responsive! Very clean and safe. A little grocery store across the street and Oscar’s Pizza was within walking distance. Perfect location on the island for easy access to the ferry, playa Norte and other local attractions like the rainbow stairs. Will definitely book again!!!

Beautiful home, loved all the master suites with hammocks in each room. property manager always communicating and very helpful. Kitchen could use mixing bowls and plastic containers to store leftovers, etc in. I give the home a 10 !!! i WOULD BOOK IT AGAIN.
