Desde el segundo piso del edificio principal Isla 33 Condominium Residences, nuestra suite ofrece lo mejor de las vistas este y oeste de la isla y brinda privacidad a los visitantes de la piscina de la planta baja. Los huéspedes se despertarán con los agradables sonidos del océano todas las mañanas desde el dormitorio principal, y verán la puesta de sol sobre el horizonte de Cancún desde el dormitorio de invitados. Ambos lados de Villa Wiley te sumergirán en esta impresionante isla paradisíaca.

La suite cuenta con dos dormitorios, dos baños completos, sala de estar y comedor y cocina de tamaño completo. La sala de estar y el comedor se encuentra frente al océano, incluyendo un balcón con una vista sin precedentes del océano y el lado oriental de la isla. Las grandes puertas de bolsillo balcón abierto totalmente para ofrecer una experiencia al aire libre, tanto en la sala de estar y dormitorio principal. El magnífico dormitorio principal cuenta con un techo de ladrillo abovedado hecho a mano e incluye un baño completo con bañera de hidromasaje de tamaño completo, cabina de ducha y tocador con sus fregaderos de cobre. La habitación también está equipada con un colchón de espuma de memoria extra grande, un grande en la pared de TV y un amplio espacio en el armario.

La cocina da a la parte occidental de la Isla 33 y le permite ver el paisaje lleno de Isla Mujeres y una vista nocturna de las luces del horizonte de Cancún. La cocina cuenta con fregadero de un granjero mexicana de cobre martillado a mano, y está dotado en su totalidad con estufa y horno de gas, nevera de tamaño completo, lavavajillas y microondas. Cafetera y juegos completos de ollas y platos de calidad gourmet también están presentes para hacer más fácil para que usted pueda cocinar comidas completas en la casa. Optar por comer en la barra de desayuno, o cenar con comodidad en la gran mesa de comedor formal.

El dormitorio de invitados cuenta con 2 camas dobles, balcón privado y un amplio espacio en el armario. El segundo cuarto de baño completo con ducha grande está justo al lado de una sensación de privacidad - haciendo de esta una gran suite para dos parejas para disfrutar, o conveniente para familias con niños. El balcón da al oeste, así y es un lugar perfecto para ver la puesta de sol sobre la isla.

One of the best places I've rented

This place was even better than described. The condo was super spacious, clean and comfortable with absolutely everything we needed and then some. The views on both sides are spectacular and the rooftop pool and viewing platform for 360 degree views was a totally unexpected pleasant surprise. Great communication and suggestions from management, super comfy beds and a perfect location in the centre of the island so less busy but still walking distance to some great restaurants *Fuego de Mar was awesome!) and super easy to access to all the island has to offer. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Wiley! It was a beautiful, well stocked, with a glorious view! The kitchen was a great size with everything we needed. We loved the balcony area and enjoyed many beverages there. Beds were comfortable and the condo was very clean! We loved the location and the helpfulness of Chema and the Konita’s restaurant staff.

Amazing Property - Highly Recommend

Check in was so easy and property was beautiful ans beyond what the photos showed. Unexpected surprise that there is a full restaurant and bar downstairs with amazing staff. We will absolutely be back to this condo. Such a fantastic stay and hosts.

Villa wiley

We usually stay at Playa Norte but the congestion is too much for us anymore so we took a chance on this condo and were glad we did. The condo was great, the host answered every question and check in was easy. The cantina was really nice and perfect for when we were too tired from the day to go anywhere to eat. We ate for breakfast twice and it was probably the best out of all the other places we tried. There’s a convenience store within 100 yards to the north that sells snacks and liquor at a good price and the Super aki was only about a 10 to 15 mile walk. We didn’t rent a cart because we were pulled over once in the past so we had a couple of numbers of taxi drivers who took us daily to places for about 100 pesos per trip but I always gave them double their asking amount because of their service. The condo is perfect four families and I highly recommend staying In this area to explore and eat the local flavors

Breathtaking view

We had an excellent stay and we will definitely be back! The condo was spotless and the kitchen was fully-equipped, all the kitchen utensils we needed were there. We loved that a filtered water dispenser was also available. If you arrive with a rental car/golf cart, there is an assigned parking space which is almost directly in front of the elevator, which is so convenient for those heavy luggages. But what we absolutely loved is the breathtaking view, which is the main reason we booked this condo.

Villa Wiley

Villa Wiley was great! Exactly as listed and very clean. It is located mid island, which is what my family and I were looking for. Quiet at night, and only 5-10 minutes from Centro by taxi. The unit comes with its own underground parking spot, which was an added bonus since we decided to rent a golf cart for the week. Hassle free parking. We will be back!

Perfect!

The house was just perfect. Clean, beautifully decorated, great location with garage parking for golf cart. Beds were comfortable, kitchen had everything needed plus some extras (keurig, pods, spices, paper products, etc). Typically we spend little to no time in the homes that we rent while on vacation. There were tropical storms passing through Isla for most of our trip so we ended up spending a lot more time indoors than usual. We could not have asked for a better place to spend that time than Villa Wiley!

Just like home

We had a great stay in Villa Wiley. It's well appointed, clean, in a great location, and very comfortable! We especially like the mid-island location - away from the hustle and bustle of downtown but you can get there with a 30 min walk! We'll definitely be back.

Family getaway

The condo was clean and beautiful. Check in was easy. The only glitch was that the clothes dryer wasn't working, which I feel we should of been notified of that before arrival. Otherwise, everything was great!!

The place was very clean and I honestly don't think the pictures online do it justice. The interior is neat and clean. The views are spectacular and it's located on a perfect part of the island where you can easily be at north beach or punta sur within minutes. Another added bonus is the parking garage! We were able to safely park the golf cart in a designated spot and in the event of rain it stays dry. The property manager was very nice and greeted us at the property. The check in process was easy as was the checkout. Everyone in our group thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and we will definitely be coming back at some point in the future!

Annual trip to isla

This is our first time staying at Isla 33 and the location was great! Casa Wiley’s amenities were excellent and made our stay the most enjoyable one yet! I loved your host book with information for emergencies, restaurants, how to get around the island. I never had so much info in place. Check in and check out were very easy. loved to start the day with a cup of coffee on the front deck and watch the sunset from the roof top pool! Walk to dinner at fuego Del Mar, Excellent hosts. Hope to stay here again when we return to the beautiful island.

Everything was perfect(seriously)

We loved our stay here at Villa Wiley! From start to finish it was a great experience. Chem met up with us at the unit. He was great! Very professional and came super quickly. He’ll let you know everything you need. The place itself was great. Comfortable bed and furniture. Amazing views right from the living room and bedroom. We walked about 10 minutes to the nearest restaurants. 15 to get to good grocery store. Rented a golf cart for 1 day to explore around island and just walked the rest of the days. It was good. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks for the memories.

Clean and Spacious Rental

He had a great stay at Villa Wiley. The space was very clean and spacious. We appreciated having beach chairs we could take with us on our beach days. Host was very helpful and helped arrange a golf cart rental and taxis back to the airport-we appreciated that so much! Three pools on site are very clean; we were often the only ones swimming. All needed amenities were provided- including filtered water. Thanks for a great stay!

Lots of room and GREAT VIEW!!!

We loved that we could go to the rooftop and see the entire island. We felt spoiled with 3 POOLS! We enjoyed our coffee as we watched the sunrise every morning on the patio. Nice large spaces and 2 bathrooms made for a comfortable stay for the four of us adults. We will be back to stay at Villa Wiley 💙

Everything was great. View is spectacular. We had a garage spot for the golf cart that was handy. We would definitely stay here again. Another bonus us the in-house bar and food. Nice place for a night cap. Also taxis know the place so easy to fet around. Our host took time to show us the condo. Rent with no worries.

Amazing Stay

Our first time in Isla Mujeres and it was spectacular in no small part because of our stay at Villa Wiley. The communication and checkin process was very simple, totally matched the description and amenities provided were more than ample. We were able to cook often because of the quality knives, cookwear, etc. We cannot wait to visit again! Thank you for a great stay!
