Henry Lawrence Island Vacation Packages

Staff was extremely courteous, polite and helpful, place was clean and well maintained.

Basically a 3 star hotel. Nothing on offer for the rates they sell at.

Overall, the stay was good and the hotel is a nice place to stay. We tried both the veg and non-veg lunch thali at ITC, and both were very good. However, there were a couple of disappointing aspects. During checkout, no staff came to assist us with the luggage even after we waited for around 10 minutes, so we had to manage it ourselves. The morning breakfast buffet was also quite disappointing. Most of the food seemed to have been prepared or kept out for some time, and almost everything we tried was cold. A hotel of this standard should definitely ensure that buffet items are served fresh and at the proper temperature. The stay and lunch were good overall, but the breakfast quality and checkout service could be improved considerably.
