Nette Rezeption, gute Lage, Küchzeile vorhanden (mehr nicht), knarrende Zimmer (auch die Nachbarn)

Man wird freundlich von der Rezeption begrüßt und kann schon früh am Anreisetage in den Skikeller um sich umzuziehen. Eine Kurtaxe ist anfänglich auszurichten, als auch eine hohe Endreinigungsgebühr (!), über die vorher keine Informationen vorlagen. Das Haus liegt keine 5 Minuten von der nächsten Bushaltestelle entfernt und auch ein kleiner Kiosk ist um die Ecke. Die Zimmer mit Betten sind soweit in Ordnung. Die Küchenzeile funktioniert, kein Salz, kein Pfeffer, keine richtige Kaffeemaschine nur so eine für Kapseln. Es standen 3 Kapseln (obwohl 6 Leute gebucht waren) am Anreisetag bereit. Abgerechnet wurden diese zusätzlich ohne vorherige Absprache am Abreisetag. Das Wohn-/Schlaf-/Esszimmer mit Schlafcouch jedoch ist eine reine Katastrophe. Der Kühlschrank steht keine 2 Meter von der Couch entfernt und brummt fröhlich die Nacht vor sich her. Die Dielen in der Küchenzeile sowie vor dem WC und dem Badezimmer lassen sich sowohl von den Nachbarn (oben/unten) in feinster Akustik mithören, als auch im eigenen Zimmer. Nachts hier an erholsamen Schlaf zu denken ist aussichtslos. Wir werden das Haus nicht noch einmal besuchen und können es auch nicht weiter empfehlen.
