"My room was very spacious, quiet and comfortable. The rose garden, even though excessively decorated for Halloween, was a very pleasant spot in which to have my morning coffee. The coffee provided wasn't great. However the shuttle service to Disneyland was! All of the drivers I encountered were pleasant and helpful, some even playful. My only real issue was with the shower curtain. It was too short (or hung too high), and didn't stay inside the tub, so a shower resulted in a pond on the bathroom floor. It made for a slippery floor and was a nuisance to clean up. Another guest mentioned her room had the same problem."

"The room was clean and comfortable. I very much appreciated receiving a discounted parking rate during my stay. On Saturday morning, the Haven Point restaurant was severely short staffed resulting in a long wait time (approximately ten people were in line) to be seated; this was during peak breakfast hours. There was only one waitress serving the bar and one assistant serving the dining area. Also, it would great if there were more breakfast options for the bed and breakfast ticket. By the way, the pancakes are extremely rubbery. An easy solution would be to not overmix the batter and make sure to use fresh baking powder."
