The home features four bedrooms: a master upstairs with ensuite and flat-screen TV, and three generous bedrooms downstairs sharing a full bathroom with bath and separate toilet. All bedrooms include ceiling fans and built-in robes.
Upstairs, a light-filled open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area opens onto a large deck overlooking the wetlands—ideal for relaxing or hosting a BBQ. Two additional decks at the front and rear of the house provide even more outdoor space.
The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for family meals, while two living areas with comfortable leather sofas, large-screen TVs, and a gas log fireplace create cozy spots for everyone. Reverse-cycle air conditioning on both levels ensures year-round comfort.
Outdoor features include an outdoor shower to rinse off after the beach, a fully equipped laundry, a fully enclosed backyard for kids, and parking for two cars in the garage plus space for a boat or jet skis on the driveway.
