Welcome to your perfect getaway in a peaceful cul-de-sac. This charming, family-friendly home features three bedrooms and two bathrooms all on one level, making it ideal for families and pets alike. The expansive garden is sure to delight the kids with its adorable cubby house and enchanting fairy garden. The cherry on top is a separate studio which can be used as a great kids rumpus and extra space away for the main living room.

Master queen bed with ensuite shower & toilet room
Bedroom 2 - Queen with ceiling fan
Bedroom 3 - single bunk bed with pull out single trundle
Family bathroom with shower and bath.
Living area is open plan with kitchen and dinning
Outdoor has a large deck with an outdoor table and chairs on it.
The garden is fully enclosed for pets and has a kid cubby house and sand pit
The garage has been converted to an insulated studio/work/play space with its own toilet.
Easy 2 minute drive to the surf beach and town.

Full linen is included, please bring beach towels and pet bedding.
