It features a bright and modern interior, having been fully renovated in 2015 with tasteful furnishings.

The living/dining area, which spans 20 square meters, has a dining table, cable TV with international channels, a flat screen TV, radio, and air conditioning unit. It also provides access to a small balcony of 8 square meters, complete with balcony furniture.
