Come stay in one of the oldest cabins in Brown County! Completely renovated, still keeping an authentic rustic feel. Located off SR 135, minutes from downtown Nashville, BC State Park, BC Music Center and around the corner from Bill Monroe's. Most of the cabin is made from the 3.5 acres of mature trees on the property. Walk down to the water and enjoy the sunset from the brand new dock or go fishing. There are a variety of fish like croppie, blue gill, catfish, and bass to catch and release. 2 Fishing poles are provided. Sit by the fire and roast marshmallows in the fire pit, relax in the hot tub, take a walk in the woods, swing on the porch swing, or relax by the fire inside!
The cabin is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a fireplace, a coffee maker, and a safe. Housekeeping is available on request.

We ended our get away here for the kids Spring break before heading home and they loved it. The kids were able to fish and even though the weather was still pretty chilly they were able to catch a few fish. My granddaughter told her mom she felt like she was staying in Abraham Lincolns home, it was so cute. Very nice place not far from Brown County to shop. Many thanks for providing such a wonderful spot to get away.

A very cute cabin but some things made our stay not so great. There were mouse droppings on one of the beds and in one of the drawers where clean linens are kept. The hot tub was dirty and had a very musty smell to it - the floating turtle had no chlorine tabs. The fridge was too cold and some of our things were frozen that shouldn’t have been (there was no way to adjust the temp). The gas fireplace had a nice ambience to it but we couldn’t figure out how to get it going again even after messaging the host and watching the YouTube video. We were told after checkout that there were people within 5 minutes that could have stopped in but that was never offered during our stay as an option.

Loved the cabin. Was cozy and a great location to access downtown Nashville easily. Loved the gas fireplace and hot tub. Only thing that would have completed the package would be comfy seating on the back porch. Would have loved to sit with a cup of coffee and enjoy the view of the lake. It was a steep walk down to the pier. Rope was helpful but stairs would be a safer option. But overall, loved our girls weekend there.
