Weird

Property was difficult to get to because of construction. We had to walk through dirt and mud with our luggage to get there. Layout of the property was weird. The back door didn't lock so anyone could have entered.

Clean and basic

We had the space we needed as a family in this home but were very surprised to find both access streets closed due to construction when we arrived without prior communication. Overall location in relation to Indianapolis and Noblesville were good.

Noblesville Stay

House was clean. It’s an older structure so there are some quirks, but otherwise it’s a quaint house. Could use brighter porch lighting. Was hard to see the key pad for the door at night. It’s a nice neighborhood with walking/running/biking trails nearby.

Not suitable for renting

This property was not suitable for renting. I tried contacting the hosts but got no response. -yard had approximately 6 inches of weeds in the yard. It should’ve been mowed before we arrived, instead lawn service showed up the day we were leaving. -bench in yard had 2 trees growing through it -Carpet in bedrooms were disgusting with lots of stains. -Listing states it is suitable for 9 people but really only a toddler could sleep on uncomfortable couch. Really it can only sleep 8. -It says it sleeps 9 people but yet they only had 6 bath towels. There was one wet bath towel left in the washer and one towel left in the dryer when we went to use washer and dryer. -Washer took approximately 2 hours to wash a load of clothes, Dryer took 6 hours to dry clothes because it didn’t have a heating element. -fridge was missing door shelves. My husband tried to put our egg bake on top of the vegetable drawer and realized there was no plastic or glass shelf there -My husband put our ice packs on the freezer shelf only to have all the shelves collapse. Owner didn’t even bother to hook up the water dispenser for fridge -the cute red coffee maker in the picture? It was a green Keurig when we were there. Apparently, it’s just for appearance because it didn’t work -We bought our own kitchen towels because there were none -The bathroom shower… water would shoot out the door when you turn the shower on -Rusty old vents that you couldn’t adjust -Unlevel floors -We DON’T recommend this place!

A day away

House was clean. Not many decorations so it was very echoy in there. The backyard was in need of mowing and the fire pit was overgrown so we were not able to use it able to use it.

Perfect house for a long stay

It's a really interesting set up but there is lots of space. Kitchen is big and well equipped. Plenty of towels and we enjoyed the fireplace. It's really a perfect house for a short to long term stay. Cons: the dryer didn't dry very well and the couch is really uncomfortable.

Somewhat Disappointed

I contacted the host via message twice with no response. I don’t recommend the house if you have allergies or asthma. Feels like all the bedding - mattresses, pillows, sheets and blankets needed replaced awhile ago. Bedding seemed cleanish but stale. House is humid, but cooling system is good. Big bathroom was nice. Nice laundry room. The description is accurate. No responses from the hosts about our questions didn’t make us feel great - simple questions before we arrived - about renting an extra night, and if the house had fans or we needed to bring our own.
