Lovely historic neighborhood. Unit A is spacious with basic furnishings. It was perfect for what we needed. We were in town for some training classes that were in walking distance. There’s sidewalks in the neighborhood where it’s an easy walk to restaurants and grocery store. The area seemed safe even walking at night. The unit has been beautifully remodeled.

I liked how modern the house was and the cleanliness. There was some broken furniture but it didn’t affect my stay. I would recommend this home to anyone that is visiting downtown Indianapolis. The host was very professional and attentive! We had a great stay overall!
