Perfect ittle cabin
We went in late April and it was soooo quiet at the resort. We stayed at cabin #5 (Aikens I believe). The description implies there is a toilet but I believe that's meant to describe the accessibility of the bath house just steps away. (which was clean and well maintained) The bed was surprisingly comfy (and smartly covered in a vinyl material). The cabin was adorable and simple.
This little campsite was a nice place to stay. They have a music museum on the campground and beautiful views. Short drive to Nashville as well and has a dollar general down the road in case there’s something you in need of.

Camping weekend trip
Very nice but shower house was dirty. Did not use as so bad. The cabin was clean. Enjoyed an awesome camp fire in the woods behind our cabin.

Some miscommunication, but overall a great stay
My son and I went for the weekend. Vrbo said I would receive an email sometime after 2:00pm on the day of our arrival with check-in instructions and the code to the cabin door. I never received the email. Finally, around 6:00pm, I called the number of the campground office. The office was closed and there was no after-hours number given on the recording. I figured we'd just go ahead and go and see if we could find someone or maybe there would be a phone number posted on the office door. But when our departure was delayed, and I realized we wouldn't be getting in until close to midnight, I did some more searching on Google and found another number to try. This number was answered and the person who answered was very helpful and friendly. She told me everything I needed to know, how to get to the cabin, where to find the door code, etc. She logged into her Vrbo account and could see that an email was scheduled to be sent to me, but it hadn't been sent. (She was with the campground, not Vrbo, so it wasn't her fault at all.) As I said, she was very helpful and pleasant.
From that point on, the stay was marvelous. We arrived late, as I mentioned, found the cabin easily thanks to her directions, and got into the cabin with no problem.
The grounds are excellent. and generally very clean. They obviously had just had quite a few people depart as the dumpsters were full to the brim weren't emptied while we were there. (Although, I didn't expect them to be emptied over the weekend.) The cabin was clean and otherwise exactly as promised. The mini-fridge and microwave were both helpful to have, as was the fire ring out behind the cabin. The bathhouse was nearby and was well-lit 24 hours a day (inside and out), and very clean and well-maintained.
My son and I thoroughly enjoyed our time there. Overall, a great stay.
