Good hotel. For expedia pkease your record. It was renamed Glouchester Grand Hotel since August 2024. Taxi driver was confused as Ramada hotel doesn't exist in the said address.

Over all a good hotel, however the breakfast buffet was a complete letdown. 90% of the food was cold when it should have been hot and it was overpriced. To be honest I would expect much better from a large chain like this. Do yourself a favour and get breakfast evselwhre.

In general, it is ok (4 out of 5). Here, I want to mention 2 things I did not like. #1. Multi electric plug was not supported. There were 2 wall-mount plugs but both were being used by TV and Internet. I asked the staff to provide me multi plug for my laptop charge but they refused my request saying to unplug tv when I need to use my laptop charge, which was so much inconvenient for 3 week business trip. #2. Floor carpet looks old showing many dark spots here and there. It did not smell but still felt something bad. I was not sure if other rooms were same but my room was like that.

30 mins from airport as it’s good option if you have early flight. Staffs were great, the hotel area is convenient, lots of seafood restaurant
