It's far from Seoul, so it's not easily accessible. However, it is located very close to Incheon Airport Terminal 1, and it operates a shuttle bus, making from the airport very convenient. The rooms are spacious and well-maintained, and breakfast is also provided excellently. The staff are very friendly, and it's a place I'd want to stay again if I come next time.

From check in to check out - the entire time here was perfect. Much thanks to the amazing staff from gym to pool to bar to concierge workers. We will definitly stay again. Note - we were with out newborn - staff went above and beyond to accomdate us a family so well. Very family friend - yet mature feeling Hotel.

Lots of hair from other passengers in the room. The connection with the terminals is not very good. The description says 7 minutes walking but it is a lot more than that and there are no sidewalk to walk in some parts. The buss will pass every half an hour. The return bus to terminal 2 which is the main terminal for international flights is not available during most part of the morning. I was expecting a much smoother connection with the airport and paid extra for this. Next time I shall get any of the other hotels in the area surrounding the airport for half the price

Great hotel to stay near Incheon Airport. The rooms are spacious, the beds are very comfortable, and the staff is friendly and attentive. The food options are also quite good, which makes it a convenient choice for travelers. The only downside is the shuttle service from Terminal 2, which stops running around 8:00 PM. Meanwhile, buses for the Grand Hyatt Incheon continue operating later into the evening. Since both hotels are connected through an internal passage, it would be very helpful if guests of Hyatt Regency Incheon were also allowed to use the Grand Hyatt shuttle service. This small improvement would significantly enhance the overall experience.

Whenever I arrive at Incheon Airport, this is the hotel I always use. The staff are not just kind — they are professionally kind, with a level of service that feels truly polished. The room is so cozy and comfortable that it feels like my own room, and the bedding is crisp, soft, and incredibly relaxing. The water pressure is strong, which makes showering especially pleasant. Even the room service tastes like it belongs in a top luxury hotel. I really, really love this hotel. Just thinking about staying here makes me feel calm and at ease.
