Somewhat worn out and not well equipped small room with an old noisy AC. The hotel has a basic airport motel feel not like a sparkling boutique hotel that appears on the pictures.

Overnight stay away from the airport

The hotel is few mins walk from the metro stop and many restaurants around. Good location for overnight stay closes to the airport. The free shuttle bus is only to T1, and three stops via a short metro ride. The staff is very friendly, and the place is very clean. The only thing I didn’t like is the bathroom - it is small and wrapped with a “glass wall”, and it’s not very safe especially it is getting wet after shower.

The staff was nice but, never again wi i stay at this hotel. Check in starts at 4 pm. I got to the hotel at around 6am! They would not let me check in early! I had to wait around for about 10 hours, after a long travel day, before I could finally get a room. Then when I did finally get my room I had to get another room because the bathroom sink had a bad leak. Then the new rooms toilet had a nasty looking bidet. Like it's never cleaned. I refused to let that thing spray water in my hole. The "amenities included" section is definitely misleading. The breakfast is a 24/7 snack bar with white bread, cereal, and tomato juice that sits out all day. Also the shuttle is so limited. It's not a shuttle from the airport to the hotel, only from the hotel to the airport. The shuttle doesnt run on Saturdays at all, and the last shuttle is at 10am! The only good thing was the tv. But I only watched it once.

Smoothest check in I had in a while ! First time in Seoul for a long layover. Clerk was helpful and kind. They have a 24h snack bar for guests. Bathrooms have a bidet !! Super comfortable bed. Shuttle was also very smooth - but only goes to incheon airport. Highly recommend

The hotel had very polite staff and very helpful, Instead of breakfast they have a 24/7 snack bar including cereal, ramen, coffee, cheese, toast, and ham. Working Ice and hot/cold water dispensing machine as well.
