Airport to hotel shuttle never picked us up Air conditioning NOT working. The front desk told me that is only turned on in summer time ( not specified on Orbitz home page. Room was very hot, very uncomfortable to sleep. We couldn’t get the 2 free drinks because the bar opens at 6:00 pm. The coupons we received the day of check in stated bar is open from 10:00 am until 12:30 am. I will call Orbitz for a type of compensation

The best thing about the hotel is the convenience. If you're landing later, the last thing you want to do is take a train into Seoul or Incheon and try and find your hotel in the dark. If you're landing in terminal 1, you walk right out the door and to you left, you'll see a sign board that says Golden Tulip Shuttle. It runs every 30 minutes or so. The room itself is pretty sterile, no safe, and a partial kitchen. The free breakfast has a lot of choices, so you're likely to find something you like. It's served buffet style in the main building. The metro is right outside the hotel, so easy transport via subway is available. Subway maps are easy to read, and subway is very clean and safe.

한국올때마다 튤립호텔에서 묵는데 이번엔 더좋았어요. 아침조식 무료 쿠폰을 제공해줬는데 생각보다 조식 퀄리티가 너무 좋아서 놀랬어요 ㅎㅎ 같이간 부모님도 너무 맛있다고 하셨고 음식대부분이 신선하고 금방금방 만들어서 주더라구요 너무 좋았습니다! 하우스키퍼 분중에서 중년남자분 성함은 모르는데 참 선하게 생기시고 뭐더필요하신거 없냐고 매일 물어보시고 물이며 수건이며 이거저거 잘챙겨주셔서 너무 만족했습니다. 룸 컨디션도 다 깨끗하고 좋았구요! 다만 한가지 불만은 체크인할때 꼭 키오스크로 체크인 해야하는 시스템이 좀 별로였어요 그날 저말고도 몇팀이 줄을 서있었는데 앞에 떡하니 프론트남자 직원분이 서있었는데도 다른 사람들은 키오스크로 체크인 해야하는 이유를 모르겠더라고요? 그리고 프론트남자분중에 안경끼신 남자분 좀 불친절해요...매번느껴요 뭘 요청하면 귀찮아하는표정+건성건성 암튼 프론트데스크 시스템+직원불친절 만 개선하면 좋겠네요 다른건 다 좋았습니다.
