Vacation apartment "3 Seen" with garden, near Illmensee and Lake Constance

Our newly renovated, bright, spacious vacation rental with a country-style charm (semi-detached house—120 m²) is situated in a quiet, idyllic part of Ruschweiler and offers plenty of space for 6 people. The 3 bedrooms (two of which are on the 1st floor) are each equipped with a double bed; we are happy to provide a travel crib (with a high-quality mattress) and/or a high chair upon request.

The fully equipped kitchen/dining area has an oven, microwave, dishwasher, drip coffee maker, toaster, and an electric kettle. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and a bathtub; a hair dryer is provided.
The living room features a spacious couch and a TV.

The terrace is the perfect spot for a leisurely breakfast or a cozy dinner after a beautiful, eventful day of vacation. We’re happy to provide a gas grill upon request.

Bed linens are provided, as are towels for use inside the house (please bring your own for outdoor or thermal baths).
Also provided: sugar, salt, common spices, coffee filters, dishcloths, dish towels, dishwasher tablets, toilet paper, and hand soap.

Parking spaces and covered bike racks are available.

Check-in is available starting at 4:00 p.m., and check-out is by 11:00 a.m.

The nearest grocery store with a bakery and butcher shop is 1 km away. The nearest supermarket and two pharmacies are located in Wilhelmsdorf (3 km).

A wide selection of restaurants in the immediate vicinity means you don’t always have to cook.

If you’re looking for relaxation and peace and quiet, you’ve made the right choice—whether you simply want to unwind in a lounge chair, enjoy the view of the spacious, idyllic garden, and listen to the buzzing of insects or the chirping of birds, or whether you’d like to explore the area by bike or on foot. There are many varied bike tours and impressive hikes, e.g., in the directly adjacent Pfrunger-Burgweiler Ried Nature Reserve, along Lake Constance, or via the Räuberbahn.

The village has a new adventure playground, and nearby (1 km) you’ll find not only the popular Illmensee (swimming lake) with an attractive children’s playground, but also the natural lakes Ruschweiler See (600 m) and Volzersee, all of which are within walking distance.

Our house is an ideal starting point for excursions to popular destinations such as Lake Constance, the Danube Valley, the Allgäu, Vorarlberg, and the Swiss Alps—all within about 1.5–2 hours’ drive.
