MAGNIFICENT HOUSE WITH FIREPLACE, BARBECUE, LIBRARY, AND PRECIOUS PATIO FOR VELADAS
Beautiful house in the quiet village of Illar, in the heart of the Alpujarra Almeria. The house is located in the center of town, next to the Church and the Town Hall. It consists of two floors, is fully furnished and all rooms are exterior.
On the ground floor we find a spacious living room with a closed wood-burning fireplace and a magnificent bookcase-library, a very large kitchen with barbecue, a bedroom with a double bed (and cot, optional), with its own bathroom, a toilet and a magnificent patio, ideal to prepare barbecues, games or just relax.
The first floor consists of three bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other two with double beds, and a bathroom. From that floor you can access the roof, very spacious and passable, from which you can contemplate the whole town and the mountains, and in which, as in the courtyard on the ground floor, you can organize a picnic, games , reading, or simply contemplating the views.
