Amazing time!

The place is amazing. The nature is present all aound the resort. The employees are so friendly, always with a big smile for us. The food are incredible delicious and a lot of options/ variety to our choice.

Foi maravilhosa nossa primeira vez nesse resort cana brava, a começar pela receptividade de todos os funcionários, o chalé, a limpeza, comida , tudo muito bom. Fomos só o casal, mas queremos voltar com todas a família, porque é um resort que proporciona diversão para adultos e crianças. E o mais legal é que, como estávamos comemorando bodas, o chalé foi decorado para a data especial.

Fuja do Cana Brava

Foi uma viagem em família, meus pais minha esposa e meu filho. Porem o resort pecou no atendimento. É pessimo. Ja fiquei em varios resorts no Brasil, mas o Cana Brava fez questão se ser o pior disparado no quesito atendimento. E quando digo a atendimento me refiro exclusivamente a recepção do hotel, tanto do checkin como principalmente do checkout. Infelizmente tive o desprazer de encerrar minha ferias sendo chamado de lado para “acertar” o almoço do ultimo dia visto que ao fazer o checkout vc nao pode mais utilizar nada do hotel. Ate entendo as regras do hotel, mas o que deixa mais chateado foi a falta de comunicação dos funcionários da recepção. No mesmo dia do checkout procurei a recepção e solicitei um late checkout porem fui infomado q nao seria possivel devido a grande ocupação do hotel, porem ao mesmo tempo solicitei se poderia almocar no hotel apos o checkout e fui informado que nao teria problema nenhum. Porem pra minha surpresa fui abordado na saida do hotel pois tinha q “acertar” o almoco de todos. Mais uma vez reitero que o atendimento de um resort “all inclusive” como o Cana Brava em que paguei mais de 3 mil por apenas um dia é péssimo, horrivel, lastimável. Ninguem informa nada, todos parecem perdidos e ser educação nenhuma. Podem ter certeza que o meu dinheiro eles nunca mais verão nem das pessoas que me perguntarem. Hotel precisa se modernizar urgentemente, quartos velhos e sem manutenção, banheiros sem barras de proteção, comida todos os dias tem o mesmo gost

A estadia foi mediana, muito intransigente na recepção, depois na próximas conversas com insistência melhora a comunicação, deve haver uma conversa e atenção mais cordial a um hóspede que não paga preço irrisório. A atende falou para eu deixar minhas malas e qualquer lugar na recepção, sendo que tinha uma sala de malas, eu vi e questionei, após isso colocou na sala. Tem marcas de bebidas , mas sempre acabava no bar da piscina, sempre tendo que ir em outro bar mais distante

o resort é um paraiso minha quarta vez nesse lugar incrivel porém da primeia vez que fui barrada a almoçar indo embora com o prato posto o gerente do almoço mandou deixar o prato e falou que eu não tinha direito de almoçar. preferiu jogar a comida fora do que deixar eu comer. muito ruim isso.

Razoável p/ Ruim

Hotel limpo, bonito e agradável. O serviço do restaurante All Inclusive, porém, é inexistente. Copos de plástico, mesas sem toalha, guardanapo da pior qualidade, pessoas molhadas e em traje de banho se servindo. Eles passam um carrinho de limpeza, com dezenas de pratos sujos empilhados, e o deixam exposto, o que é bastante desagradável. A comida é razoável. O camarão, por exemplo, é servido com a casca e o rabo, nada refinado. Não se compara com o serviço da Ilha de Comandatuba ou do Club Med. Em contrapartida, devo dizer que a praia é maravilhosa. Atrapalhou um pouco algumas pessoas mal-educadas com caixa de som ao lado, sem repreensão de funcionários do hotel.

nao recomendo vc gastar seu dinheiro nesse all inclusive. ar condicionado do restaurante principal nao funciona. onde funciona que é o restaurante coco dende, eles deixam as portas abertas e enche de pernilongo. se forem levem repelente para conseguirem jantar. fui pedir um guarana no bar do mesmo restaurante o funcionario me disse q ia demorar mais do que se eu pedisse pro garçom, fui com meu copo sai da mesa e ele me falou isso. no outro dia fui entrar no restaurante principal para almocar pos piscina e como só disponibilizam uma toalha por pessoa para piscina me sequei e deixei na cadeira de sol para secar e para me deixar com mais raiva ainda a mulher do restaurante falou q nao poderia entrar pq a bermuda estava molhada, e que eu teria q ir ao banheiro torcer a mesma. fui ate a recepção e falei com o gerente mostrei q nao estava molhado e o mesmo me falou q nao estava entao pra mim é uma falta de instrução dada aos funcionarios. Não são todos as camareiras e o serviço de frigobar super atenciosos. Paraíso no sul da Bahia

Gostaria de elogiar o Canabrava Resort pela excelente experiência que tive durante minha estadia. Desde o momento em que fiz a reserva até o momento do check-out, fui recebido com um serviço ao cliente excepcional. Os funcionários foram extremamente amigáveis, prestativos e eficientes, sempre prontos para atender às minhas necessidades. Além disso, fiquei impressionado com a limpeza impecável do hotel. Tanto as áreas comuns quanto o meu quarto estavam imaculadamente limpos e bem conservados. Os lençóis e toalhas eram frescos e cheirosos, e o banheiro estava impecável. Em resumo, minha estadia no Canabrava foi simplesmente maravilhosa. Recomendo este hotel a todos que procuram por um serviço de qualidade, limpeza impecável e uma localização conveniente. Mal posso esperar para voltar e desfrutar novamente da hospitalidade excepcional que este hotel oferece.

Bom resort

Bom resort. Muito bem conservado. Boa comida. Boas opções de bebidas. Cervejas da Ambev. Quartos amplos. Atendimento bem precário, alguns funcionários desatentos e por vezes sem cortesia. Não reconheceram o status na hotéis.com, mas depois o setor de qualidade entrou em contato e concedeu o vale presente, apenas depois de minha reclamação e da expidia ter entrado em contato. É um resort pequeno, não achei um bom custo benefício.
