O hotel nos decepcionou no quesito LIMPEZA. O quarto e principalmente o banheiro poderiam estar limpos. Havia sujeira embaixo da cama e o banheiro estava terrivelmente fedorento. Café da manhã, ok. Pela experiência não recomendo.

Muito bem recebida e atendida desde a recepção até o pessoal da higienização caixas e garçons. Nossa percepção seria melhoramentos na área física do banheiro pois não tinha onde pendurar as toalhas e estávamos entre 3 pessoas e somente 2 cabides no armário do quarto. A Nanda que nos acolheu na chegada foi muito educada e agradável em todos os sentidos. Ótimo café da manhã, sugestão apresentar variações para salgadinhos e doces. Mas no geral foi tudo muito bom.

Hotel bom, apenas uma noite deixaram as portas da sala de jogos aberta após às 22 horas, daí os hóspedes que provavelmente era analfabetos, ficaram fazendo barulho até as 23:20hs...e não leram ou respeitaram os avisos de fechamento as 22 horas. Liguei na recepcao e resolveram de forma rápida.
