Very beautiful farm with a very large relationship with nature where gather the greatest forces of nature such as water, earth, air and the sun to enjoy without measure, with 04 suites, TV room, kitchen, barbecue area with stove, sink, wood oven and refrigerator, all terraced house with pool table and connection to all rooms, all paved and walled stern part, with gate dividing the pool area, pool area with solarium and cold shower, laundry with tank and washing machine, parking for 05 medium cars, all walled and with very secure gate to the street, with beautiful view of the Jaguaribe dam, very high place with great view, suitable for weekend rest, holidays , carnival and holiday parties.
