We are absolutely thrilled! The woman at the desk put us in a room right next to our friends, she couldn't have been nicer or more accommodating, the room itself is so comfortable and cozy, you feel you're in a real mountain cabin nestled in the woods, with all the comforts you'd want, and excellent property and an outstanding deal. We are sorry we are only staying one night. But we'll be back for sure! Just wonderful!

Mixed visit

We had a few issues. 1. The temperature control was inoperable set at 70 degrees. We had to use the bathroom heater to heat the room and cover the ac which kicked in as soon as the temperature reached 70. 2. There was a light blinking on the ceiling (either a smoke detector or a occupancy detector.) It blinked 95 times per hour (I calculated) and really disrupted the sleep. 3. There were no windows that had a view outside. They were frosted. The room is very dark. Definitely no mountain view. 4. The water pressure was very, very low. 5. The noise from upstairs kept me up till 11.30 pm. Other than that the stay was comfortable. And I mean that without sarcasm. We mentioned the heating and blinking light problem to the front desk. Maintenance person could have come in a few hours. We chose to deal with the discomforts.

I was in their off-site location, Strawberry Creek, in the Ember lodge. The location was perfect for my family. Quiet, beautiful. About half mile to reach the main village, perfect for a walk. The room was beautifully decorated and clean. You have access to other location like the Tanquiz pine retreat which has many amenities and a good restaurant (the best value for money among the restaurants I tried in Idyllwild).

PERFECT!!!

We rented this cabin because we went to Stagecoach about an hour away from it, it was such a nice surprise, we actually skipped day two at the festival ! We got assigned the Fall themed cabin, absolutely in love with the cabin, bed was so comfy, fireplace all set up with an EZ starter and logs, super clean, awesome shower, views, super comfy!! 20/10 We met Terry at the front desk and he is super nice and recommended an Irish pub for great music! They have an adorable gift shop right next to their check in desk, homemade pies, snacks, etc!

Place smell so bad I sleep in the chair is so dirty terrible conditions we pay over 260 for this place looks unsanitary , dusk , hair in the bed I never saw a place like this before was so late for me to find another hotel terrible I give 0 for review the pictures lied please closed this place
