Perched on a hill where the sea breeze gently blows, the private villa ‘COCO VILLA Kujukuri Ichinomiya’ awaits you.
As a completely private space limited to one group per day, you can enjoy a special time here to relax both body and mind.

The interior features a split-level design filled with the warmth of wood and a sense of openness.
Natural light streaming through the large windows gently envelops the living room.
The kitchen is fully equipped with an induction hob, cooking utensils and a BBQ grill, making for a truly special time cooking with friends and family.

Outside, there is a wooden deck and a bonfire area, as well as a sauna and a cold plunge pool,
offering a relaxation experience that harmonises with nature, going beyond mere ‘rejuvenation’.

It is approximately an 8-minute walk to the sea.
Take a morning stroll whilst listening to the sound of the waves, and in the evening, chat whilst surrounded by the starry sky and the glow of the fire—

The sauna stove features the ‘Hanko’ model from Helo, a long-established Finnish brand.
With consistent heat and generous löyly, you can enjoy your ‘rejuvenation time’ whenever and for as long as you like.
Wash away the sweat after surfing or playing in the sea, and warm your body from the core—your mind will naturally relax as well.

Sit on the logs arranged in the garden and enjoy a moment surrounded by the flames.

In the spacious garden, we’ve provided a simple, one-touch tent. Sleeping bags are also provided, so you can enjoy a ‘mini camping experience’ whilst setting it up with your children.

It’s a place that adds just the right amount of space and comfort to a day spent together.
