Villa Nieves near to San Antonio

Villa Nieves is a fantastic large Ibiza villa for groups. This charming, rustic Ibizan farmhouse has high ceilings, spacious living areas and extensive grounds with pretty gardens and a large, beautiful pool area. Its countryside location makes it the perfect villa for those looking for peace and privacy, yet it is only a short drive into the bustling little town of San Rafael with various shops, bars and restaurants, plus the Superclub Privilege on the outskirts. From San Rafael there is easy access to the main routes into Ibiza Town and Playa den Bossa in one direction, and San Antonio in the other. The party hot-spots of the island are never more than a few minutes’ drive away.

Villa Nieves is a fantastic value villa rental for such a large property. A holiday here in this beautiful, tranquil location is a wonderful slice of the typical Ibizan lifestyle but with the added benefits of wifi and air-conditioning in the main farmhouse and good access links to the vibrant holiday resorts of Ibiza.

Approaching the farmhouse from the driveway you’ll find ample parking space for numerous cars. Further on from the terrace you come to the main farmhouse and access the property through a small walled garden terrace with a large brick built barbecue area.

Entrance to the house is via a side door which has an additional security door leading you into the large kitchen diner. Original, heavy, beautifully preserved finca doors open onto the garden. From the kitchen diner you walk through to a large open-plan living area with plenty of space to escape the heat of high summer. All of the main farmhouse is air-conditioned.

The outside spaces of Villa Nieves are what previous clients have really loved about this property. The gardens are beautiful with palm trees and flowering bushes and areas laid to lawn. The pool is huge and inviting and there are plenty of sun loungers and shaded tables and chairs for enjoying a poolside cocktail in between dips to cool off.

Villa Nieves - Stag group

The staff were extremely helpful and available all hours of the day. The villa itself was clean, spacious and beautiful. The pool was huge there were large communal spaces, perfect for our group. Taxis' to the strip or the major clubs were really cheap. I would absolutely recommend this Villa for any large group, great value for money.

Great Spacious Villa with massive Grounds and Great Pool.

The Villa is perfect for Large Groups The Pool is great and cleaned every 3 Days the Gardens are fantastically maintained and the surrounding grounds extend further than the eye. Whilst the Interior needs up-dating it is more than adequate as you do not spend your holiday INSIDE!! The Kitchen is very good with enough cutlery and plates to entertain a 100 people. The BBQ area off the Kitchen is very big and we used it to store things as an overflow area as well as cook. The BBQ is charcoal and i would suggest perhaps a Gas one would be better when catering for 16 people. The annexe has 3 Bedrooms that are cooled by fans although they are adequate Air-Con would be more comfortable. The property is huge and very easy for people to find a quiet area when recovering from the previous night!! Car parking is easy and has enough room for a 100 cars to park. During our stay we needed a couple of things and IBIZAVILLAS particularly Jackie were excellent in there response we needed a new Dishwasher as the previous one was not working it was replaced within 24 hours the service was excellent. I have mentioned 1 or 2 negatives such as Air Con in the Annexe and a Gas BBQ aside from that the Villa certainly came up to expectations so much so I have already booked for next year.

De larges espaces qui permettent à chacun de trouver sa place, de se retrouver, de partager des moments ensembles ou de s s’isoler quelques temps. Pluie ou soleil la maison est suffisamment large pour trouver où s abriter et ou profiter Piscine barbecue grande cuisine dépendance arbres fruitiers grande pièce à vivre et terrasse ensoleillée... il n y allés qu à choisir ou aller se poser. Nous avons vraiment apprécier cet endroit

Goed verblijf voor 16 personen

Hier en daar wat gedateerd, maar veel voorzieningen. Prachtig zwembad (zouden wel kussens op de bedden erbij mogen!), meer dan genoeg serviesgoed, prima voorzieningen om te koken, prima vaatwasser en wasmachine, bedden zouden iets beter mogen en de bijbouw met 3 slaapkamers voelt wat afgelegen en was vochtig.

Het huis en het zwembad zien er aan de buitenkant geweldig uit.

Het huis ruikt muf en is niet up to date. Het zwembad is geweldig, zo ook de tuin. Jammer dat onze buren op vr, za en zo van 19.00 uur tot 08.30 uur feesten hadden en de muziek erg hard hadden staan. Terwijl de regel op Ibiza is dat je na 23.00 uur geen harde geluiden/muziek mag maken of hebben. De service was wel goed. Koelkast ging stuk en de volgende dag direct een "nieuwe" ontvangen.
