VILLA PUIG BLANC

Villa Puig Blanc is a perfect example of the renowned traditional Ibizan architecture. Loaded with authenticity, soul and personality and strategically located on a small hill, this magnificent estate is located a few minutes’ drive from the city of Ibiza and all services, restaurants, beaches and nightclubs.



The house has 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms distributed in three heights. In addition, the house has three living rooms, each with a different atmosphere. From the second floor you can see beautiful views of the upper part of the city (d'Alt Vila) and the castle.

In one of the living rooms there is an old bread oven. Sabina wood ceilings maintain their original appearance. The walls of the house are wide and whitewashed. The house is full of details that remind us of the ancestral lifestyle of the island before the arrival of tourism, at the same time it has all the comforts of modern life.



The outdoor area is very spacious, with a large grassy area, ideal for children to play. The main façade has a large shaded area formed by two huge bougainvillea.

The pool is large and next to it there is a fantastic covered barbecue area, equipped with a bar, fridge and a large table where family or friends can gather to enjoy lunch or dinner al fresco. Around the pool we will find comfortable hammocks with their umbrellas. In this area there is also a toilet and a shower.



Villa Puig Blanc is an ideal house to spend authentic holidays in Ibiza, with family or friends, in a rustic environment and within walking distance of some of the main attractions that the island has to offer.
