The bed was uncomfortable. The pillows appeared to be made from a pillowcase stuffed with bath foam, they collapsed under any weight. The hotel was noisy, the building seemed to constsntly rattle woth the sound of footstwps carrying everywhere.

As always the staff are brilliant. Room 202 has a sea view and was comfortable but is by the AC units and Kitchen extractor? So at times during the night was a bit noisy. Strangely we prefer the rooms over the Gardens.

I had a disappointing stay at this hotel. The first room I was given had a strange smell, so I asked to move. The new room, which was an accessible room, was very outdated, with an old television that had no smart access. The pillows were uncomfortable, and the bathroom was in poor condition with a strange shower setup due to the accessible layout. Overall, the experience wasn’t good, and I will not be staying here again. Raised concern at checkout but was told feedback will be passed on.
