My check-in was midnight which was communicated earlier on message. - There is no building bearning the name of KNY Service Apartment. It took me 1 hr to find the actual building and get in touch with the right person - The pic shown is actually Temple square property and not the one listed here. - The room was pre occupied and thus the person after coming out of building asked me to go to another one which was 15kms away. - After requesting to provide me accommodation nearby due to my business meeting timings, the took me 2 other buildings and later put me to Temple Square property. - The way my the person in charge was talking was very unprofessional and looked like he woke up from half sleep when I call him for my checkin during midnight.
