I don’t even know where to start. We stopped here for one night on the way to celebrate my girlfriend‘s birthday. First of the hallway smelled like a sewer plant. Then once we get into the room, I had noticed the ceiling had been flaking, and the Jacuzzi tub was full of paint flakes. Turn the jets on with a little bit of water. Looks like the Jets hadn’t been cleaned in a long time fast forward to about 1 AM. It was a pleasure being woken up to a couple next-door having sex and it was extremely loud with music being played. I called and complained three times. It never stopped then I woke up the next morning and I have picture proof of paint flakes all over my bags and Coute definitely an interesting experience. three times. We have come here twice a year for several years. This past summer we felt it was going down hill. This stay, will be our last. Staff support was severely lacking. The ice machine was not working the entire time we were there. They kept saying they fix it, but they did not. We bought a bag of ice every day, on our own from the local market. The room temperature was too hot, then too cold. The water had to run for a minimum of 3-5 minutes to warm up enough to shower. There was a leak in the bedroom window area. The inside sill had puddled water on it from the snow/rain. It was a huge disappointment. We won't be back.

Rooms was not functioning properly had to move a few times in same moment one room the knob for hot wouldn’t work for hot water next room the hot water ran cold my knees and legs are killing me from the move to each room and supervisor asked to join me in my room made me feel unsafe belittled and berated

The room was dirty, toenail clippings on the floor. The room smelt of stale cigarette smoke, and the jacuzzi tub plug was sitting on the side of the drain. People on either side of us were having a loud party and the hallways smelled of marijuana . I asked for extra towels(jacuzzi suite) and was told to go to the front desk. Complained about the loud neighbors and jacuzzi tub not draining and was dismissed by the front staff. And when I say partying, we could hear it through the walls and feel it in the door. Got a “Oh, we’ll look into that.They moved us to another room to only be disturbed at 9:30 by maintenance asking if they check if there are any leaks in our tub. We were both naked trying to enjoy our evening. There hasn’t been a single moment were we could relax here. Drove over an hour for a night away to put up with this b.s. We should’ve just stayed home with the kids. At least there we would’ve dealt with far less BS.

The stay was exactly what we needed. The room was ok clean but not what you would have expected and when you first walked in the room looks fantastic but once you turn on the lights and start to settle in things changed. All the dressers handles were broken off and placed in the drawers. The chairs on the jacuzzi room were all falling apart or broken. The sheets were inside out we had 1 towel for the jacuzzi to share. They said we would get robes in the closet but we had none ans so on. Its To much to write but we made the best of it as best we could.
