Lovely room, staff are very attentive, aqua park was great fun. Only thing we'd like improving is the entertainment team. This hotel is recommended for families and couples. However entertainment was purely for children. Also any events happening outside the hotel weren't clearly announced..

Bel emplacement avec de nombreuses piscines (10 toboggans très amusants) et une plage propre et très grande. Les restaurants sont très corrects et le personnel égyptien se montre attentionné et à l'écoute (agréablement surpris). La salle de sports est complète. Les animations en soirée sont variées avec plusieurs thématiques (pool party, beach party, chanteuse...). Le gros point noir concerne les chambres (l'établissement a été racheté il y a quelques mois et est en cours de rénovation) qui ont été rafraîchies très grossièrement et c'est vraiment pas joli. La salle de bain était en très mauvais état avec une porte en bois fortement endommagée et un système de douche vieillissant. Dans la chambre également les boiseries et placards sont en mauvais état. L'ensemble a été repeint mais il faudrait pousser plus loin dans la rénovation. Ça fait très surfait.
