Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. 3 bedroom/2.5 bath private home in close proximity to all Huntsville has to offer.
The property has 3 bedrooms with 2 full beds and three queen beds. There are two full baths, one with a walk in shower and one with a bathtub. Parking is available in driveway.
Hosts leave a starter kit of items such as toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap and hand soap. There is no daily maid service, so after the starter items are used it is the responsibility of the guest to purchase what they need for the remainder of their stay.
Also, hosts do NOT supply spices or items such as coffee.
There is NO WIFI at this property.

Nice quiet neighborhood stay.

Rated it as 3-Stars due to having to wash sheets and clean silverware prior to use. Communication with owner was fast and easy. There was some minor issues that he remedied. Cons:Interior cleaning concerns.Apparently previous renters didnt mind leaving beer bottles and dirt in the sheets. Pros: Safe quiet neighboorhood.Spacious living space. Ample room for family to not feel over-crowded.Water heater provided excelent heat.AC system worked well.Washer and Dryer worked well.

Faux-asis!

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! The house was FILTHY, particularly, the kitchen and bathroom. The floors throughout were dirty. The main bathroom was unsanitary with mold on the shower tiles and around the rim of the bathtub. The living room couch/futon, had unsightly stains on it which looked like body fluids! Upon arrival, the “clean” towels provided were damp and had to be thrown into the dryer prior to use. Several of the pillows provided did not have pillowcases and were grossly stained. To add insult to injury, the beds were uncomfortable and felt like sleeping directly on bed springs. None of the TVs worked, either! I reserved this house for my extended family during their visit to Huntsville during Thanksgiving, and they left early rather than staying another night at this place.

dirty dirty dirty

This property is filthy. Trash was left under the coffee table, there was dirt, crumbs, dust EVERYWHERE. Cobwebbs on the light fixture, dirty bathrooms (one of which had no hot water), marks and scuffs along every single wall, baseboard, door frame, door etc. Bare bones for living quarters as well. Nothing extra. Almost every single pot or pan that is in the home was dirty just sitting under the cupboards. Bedding appeared unwashed. Nails sticking out and loose boards on the deck. I could probably go on and on. Would not recommend. Location was fine and the neighborhood was quiet. If you don’t care about cleanliness this would be a fine home to stay in but for us it was absolutely disgusting and I couldn’t wait to leave.
