Someone dropped the ball!!!

We ended up not staying on the property When we got there property had not been cleaned. Contacted the property manager thinking they would send someone out to clean it. Nope I was given two options stay in the dirty property with dirty sheets or cancel the stay. Since the first option wasn’t an option we cancelled and were assured we would get a full refund. Money has not made it to my bank account yet.

We were really pleased with our stay overall! We found this property to be very clean, affordable, with great amenities offered. We enjoyed prompt communication with property management to help answer any questions we had during our stay.

Clean and simple but somewhat disappointing

This cottage was as pictured, was clean, and felt safe. The furnishings were a little bare, for example there were no rugs so there was a lot of echoing and there were no curtains so it was very bright early in the morning, so it wasn’t very child-friendly in that way. The mattresses were firm but not totally uncomfortable. Additionally, WiFi wasn’t available as described and when I reached out through the platform I did not get a response. There was also poor water pressure in the showers. I was overall disappointed with this stay, but these things could easily be improved upon and this would be a great property.
