Casa Guapa is the perfect 4 season retreat from the city. Perfectly located at the base of Hunter Mountain & 2h from NYC, this modern house was designed to be shared with those you love.
Come to unwind, drink a glass of wine, listen to good music and have good conversations over a BBQ in the porch and a late night gathering around the cauldron. Whether it's winter skiing, summer hiking or fall foliage, the fresh air of the mountain awaits you.

We are conveniently located at the base of Hunter Mountain on a quiet, dead end street. Trails are at your back door and you will be surrounded by forest and with a lake and mountain view. The lake is 1 block away and accessible to anyone.

Built in 1970's and renovated in 2016, the property is a two family home and counts with 2 separate entrances - one for the main house and another for the basement apartment. Both spaces are connected from within the house and it's absolutely perfect for 2 families or big groups of friends. There are 2 kitchens and 2 living rooms.
