Das Haus liegt wunderbar ruhig, umgeben von einem großen Garten und einer schönen Holzterrasse. Es ist sehr gut ausgestattet mit Küchenutensilien und Equipment für den Aufenthalt draußen. Leider funktionierten ein paar Lampen nicht (Glühbirnen kaputt). Die Bettdecken waren zum Teil fleckig. Insgesamt hat das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis aber voll gestimmt.
