A Few Things to Know Before You Book Our home was originally built in the 1970s and, while we’ve completed many modern updates to make your stay comfortable, it still has the character and charm of an older Wyoming ranch home. If you’re looking for a brand-new build, this may not be the right fit, but if you appreciate an authentic ranch stay with modern comforts, we’d love to host you. We also believe in being completely transparent. There is an old junk pit located in front of the house that is visible from one small section of the property. I’m happy to provide photos to anyone who would like a visual before booking. Due to Wyoming’s fire danger and safety concerns, it cannot be safely removed at this time. We know it’s not the most scenic feature, so we’d rather mention it upfront than have it come as a surprise. The property also features a pond that adds to the beautiful ranch scenery. For your safety and to protect the property, the pond is for viewing only. Guests are not permitted to enter the pond or walk around its banks. Please note that there is currently no cellular service at the property. However, we do provide reliable high-speed Wi-Fi, so you can make Wi-Fi calls, send messages, and stay connected during your stay. Cell phone service is typically available about 5 miles down the road as you head toward Hulett. As this is a working Wyoming ranch, you may see cattle and other livestock on the property during your stay. This is their home, so we kindly ask that you respect them by giving them plenty of space. The same goes for the abundant wildlife you’ll likely encounter, we’re fortunate to share this beautiful landscape with them, and we ask that all wildlife be respected. That said, these are just small parts of the property. The home is still surrounded by beautiful Wyoming views, wide-open spaces, peaceful countryside, incredible sunsets, abundant wildlife, and the quiet beauty that makes this area so special. We hope you’ll spend your time soaking in everything else this ranch has to offer, from relaxing in the hot tub under the stars to exploring Devils Tower, the Black Hills, and all the adventure waiting nearby. Guests are welcome to enjoy the home and the surrounding land during their stay. The only areas that are off-limits are the shop and the storage shed, which are reserved for private use. There are two entrances available for guest use. A third door located in the garage will remain locked, as it only provides access to the utility room and an alternate entrance to one of the bathrooms, which can also be accessed from inside the home. Please note that the outdoor fire pit is currently unavailable due to local fire restrictions and wildfire risk. We monitor conditions closely and will update guests if restrictions are lifted. . We want you to have a relaxing and enjoyable stay while still respecting your privacy. We are available if you need anything before or during your visit, but otherwise we’ll give you plenty of space to enjoy the property. The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a patio. There's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms and a dining area. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a fireplace, and a coffee maker.
