What a fun and relaxing week! Great corner lot with a beautiful view of the canal! We had a daily visit from a dolphin and I even had time to use the kayak paddling around the corner into the gulf! Beautiful view of the sunset off the gulf from the large screened in porch as well. Very clean, had everything we needed, open floor plan with fun coastal decor. Loved our week here and will be back! Thank you Rick for such an enjoyable stay at your beautiful home!

Wonderful stay! Home was exactly as advertised. Very clean and kitchen was well stocked. Enjoyed fishing from the dock and saw manatees. Already booked vacation to return here next year. Can’t wait!

Wonderful House, Beautiful Location

We came here to celebrate my mother in laws 80th birthday. The checkin process was super easy with all directions sent lrior to our arrival. The location is on the water with easy access to the Gulf and we used the kayaks provide throughout our trip. We cooked a bunch burgers, sausage and fish on the bbq out in the backyard and then ate our meals in the screened in porch. The house was very roomy and easily fit the 5 of us and our inlaws when they came over. The kitchen have everything you need for prepping and cooking meals. We were all sad on our checkout because we had to get back to reality. I know we all would highly recommend the property and next time we are here we would love to stay again!

Very nice and clean

Awesome place to stay. Everything was super clean and well equipped. Really enjoyed kayaking . Super friendly neighbourhood. Depending on the wind, Highway can be heard.
