The property location, cleanliness, and comfortably were great and as advertised. We had one minor disappointment with the community pool not being open, which was one on the reasons of choosing this wonderful property, the kids would have enjoyed after dinner in evenings. Great stay for a fishing tournament weekend!

The location could not have been any better, including neighborhood boat ramp, dock, a few restaurant options, and proximity to the tournament launch marina via boat or car. Could not get the lights or outlets to work on the dock, but I'm sure that could be rectified with additional communication. Most of the towel rolls left in the bedrooms did not include washcloths, but we were able to look in the other bedrooms and find a few. Overall, it was a wonderful stay and we will definitely be back!

Loved this house. Location was great, boat ramp behind house was very convenient. There’s a dock but not much of one which is one of the homes only negatives. Serves its purpose for docking your boat but not for relaxing or entertaining. House is very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay
