Five stars services very kind staffs. Each and everyone gone out of their ways to make our stayed comfortable. From arrived to extended stayed. Everyone that we came in contact with was wonderful! They were warm, friendly and attentive to our every need. The hotel is very nice. You access it off the main road (Phetkasem,) but it is set far enough back from the road that you don’t hear any traffic inside. I don’t even remember hearing any traffic while in the swimming pool, which is on the 6th floor. Our room was also on the 6th floor, but we never heard or saw anyone partying or disturbing us in any way. There is also a bar and a gym on the 6th floor. Every part of our stay was wonderful and relaxing! ☺️ The restaurant is located on the 4th floor, and it was nice and clean with good food and great service.

What a fantastic hotel, just set back from the main road. The staff here are a real team who will help you in any way. They ordered me a scooter which was brought straight away and picked up when I was finished. The pool is amazing and gets the sun all day. Im definitely coming back

Nice hotel - need to review their check out policy

Hotel was very good, new with a nice eating area for breakfast, pool and bar area very nice and service was very good The only let down to the stay was the time waiting when you had paid to check out for someone to inspect your room.. I stay at many hotels around the world but this hotel expects you to wait 10-15 mins for this to be carried out When you paid you expect to leave and not be told to wait and feel like some sort of captive

Staff were all approachable, professional, and supportive. Our room was an adequate size for our nine night stay, was clean and well maintained by staff. The location was a bit further outside of Hua Hin’s main tourist centre than we had planned, but did not negatively impact our trip as Grabs/local taxi’s were readily available. However this location ensured it was fairly quiet/peaceful in the evening. The hotel is close to a large shopping centre, with small local restaurants and bars close by. One main disappointment was being informed during check-in that the kitchen could (or would) not accommodate our dietary requirements as we are pure vegetarian/vegan. So whilst we had planned to purchase breakfast for the full nine nights stay, this was not possible. This was the main reason for not providing a higher score on the hotel’s facilities, and a deciding factor for not using the hotel during future trips; short term thinking loses longer term customers. The rooftop bar looked a bit worn (lounges were showing signs of stains, and were uncomfortable so not inviting for sitting around in the evening to relax over drinks).
