Looking for a morning walk? You've come to the right place! This neighborhood has a high walking score and it's very safe to walk around.

You can park 1 car at the property parking lot. NO parking more than 1 car in the parking lot or in front of property complex driveway, NOT EVEN TEMPORARILY. MAX 1 CAR AT ALL TIMES. If you have more than one car, you can park on the street.

This property is also conveniently located close to the METRO system (bus and light-rail transportation). You can use your phone GPS to find the best METRO route. Finally, you can always use UBER or other ridesharing platforms to move around.

• To keep the yard in great shape, our lawn care team visits every other week. They may stop by during your stay, but don’t worry – they’ll only be working outside and won’t take more than an hour to finish. Please note that this routine service is necessary and it’s hard to reschedule.

• This unit is in a multifamily building and it is on the 1st floor. It is expected that you may occasionally hear noises from apartment units that are on top of this unit.
