The home was not clean, smelled heavily of weed & mold/mildew. There were people going through the trash on the sidewalks and gunshots in the neighborhood during the day. Do not recommend.

Very nice home, nicely remodeled. Not the best neighborhood but seems safe. The location was great because we were working in area of the Galleria and traffic was actually smooth getting to and from work each day. I have never had a smooth commute in Houston.

Amazing Stay

The neighborhood is not luxury or “suburban” at all however, we felt very safe and happy there. The neighbors were lovely as well which is a plus. The home looks exactly like the photos and our stay was amazing! There were cool areas/places near by, maybe like a 15-20 minute drive . Please try Hudson House for lunch, you will not be disappointed!! Comfy beds, luxury appliances, all kitchen items provided so no need to buy your own, quiet neighborhood, good food within 15 minutes, grocery stores like Target and a lovely Kroger not far. Check in/check out very easy as well. I will definitely make this my go to home for Houston fun.

We loved the place,the location was next to a grocery store so you can walk and get the things you need, the home had all the accessories need for cooking ,it’s a quiet neighborhood some of the neighbors were friendly like the lady next door and across the street.I really enjoyed my stay.

First when you pull up you might be a little worried. We got to meet many neighbors and they were really nice. The house is good, noticed some outlet issues especially in the 2nd bedroom. The TV could not be plugged into the wall so not usable. It wasn't a problem for us but might be for others. Beds were comfy along with pillows.Some of the chairs around the dinner table had loose screws and we had to work on those a little so none of us would get hurt if they fell apart. The little table in the kitchen needs some work too. Only other issue was the walls were a little thin and when sleeping in the 2nd bedroom you could hear the people on the other side of the triplex.This place was very convenient to our other families homes and places we planned on going to. Everything else in the place was good, there was a great fridge, coffee maker for pods and pots along with anything you need to cook or eat with. Very thankful for the washer and dryer there too. Plenty of space in the bathrooms also. We were there for 4 nights and would stay there again when seeing the family since it was 5 minutes away. Thanks

Great stay in Houston

Stayed here with friends while we were in town for a music festival. Place was clean an comfortable and located very conveniently to the festival location (White Oak Music Hall). It's also walking distance to some great Mexican restaurants (we highly recommend La Casa Bakery and restaurant on Hogan street). Harry was an excellent host and was very communicative, responsive, and accommodating. We would stay here again.

Ants and not prime location

Upon arrival, we struggled with the entry instructions. Gate for driveway was incredibly difficult to open. This unit is a triplex and front gate was not locked. The area was not the safest and having no lock on the main gate was quite concerning. We contacted the host when we noticed ants throughout the living room. He did respond and sent cleaners, however the ants remained the entire time during our stay which was disappointing. Beds were very comfortable but we were woken by a neighbors dog almost every morning.

Nice family place

Great place to stay, the home was very welcoming, it was really roomie, nice bedroom and bathroom, the whole place was really nice. Just wish it was in another location, but not a bad neighborhood nothing happened. I would stay again and recommend this place as a place to stay. .
