It is safe, quiet and offers access to shopping (Target, Krogers, etc) and restaurants restaurants. Just minutes from the Galleria, Medical Center, Rice Village, Rice University, Zoo and NRG or Houston Stadium.
Cozy, clean, first floor, controlled access community this 2/2 condo has everything you need (water, electricity, basic cable). Queen and a Double bed, full size washer and dryer in the unit, 2 full baths, utilities included, Kitchen and Living room with a TV, Common area Pool and Tennis Court also in the complex! This is a NON-smoking apartment. NO pets allowed.

Just bring your suitcase and groceries we will do the rest!
