TRENDY & COZY 1 story home with LARGE backyard close to all the beauty Houston has to offer. Enjoy sitting on the patio under the umbrella with your friends or family. Home has several TVs, WIFI, cookware, secured garage with much more amenities within the home. Neighborhood has ample walking space and greenery. Before your visit rest assured that the home has been thoroughly cleaned and sanitized. Easy access to Vintage Park, The Woodlands, Galleria, Downtown, Airport

CAR RENTAL: If you want a rental vehicle for your trip. I have one that you may rent separately via Turo, just let me know if it is needed and I can send you the needed information for you to book it if I have the vehicle available for your dates. The vehicle can either be waiting for you in the garage of the home or by the airport.

Clean and cozy

Overall the property was great for our group. It was clean and the host was helpful and prompt. There was some road noises from time to time. The tolietires were sparse. The space was nice, convenient access to groceries. Loved having a backyard for our pets, two boards were dislodged however that wasn't issue for us.

This property was nice, homey and clean. I couldn’t have asked for anything more. The host was very responsive and professional. I like the way the house is decorated as well. The kitchen has everything needed to cook. Here are a few helpful tips. The thermostat is controlled by taps on the screen and by rolling your finger up and down the right side of the device. The garage is digitalized which means your access to control it with the app will shut down at checkout time. We were not able to put the garage down right after checkout so just be mindful of that when leaving.

Nice house

It’s a nice house with plenty of space. Location was convenient. It does back up to a busy street so you do hear noise during the night in the master bedroom, but it’s not awful. I wish the beds weren’t so low and had better support, but otherwise the house was clean and a good place to stay. Wish it had provided a few extra things/details like hangers, blow dryer, bottle water/coffee to start us off with and actual keys to the house or a passcode. Having to download two different apps wasn’t my favorite or most convenient, especially when someone else from our group needed to enter or leave and I wasn’t with them.

The place was nice however I would have appreciated more towels to be available, small amount of toiletries 🧴, the soap for washing hands could be better (it’s watered down). So, I would possibly use it again but would appreciate the little extras.

Wonderful!

It was a wonderful place to stay while in town for two consecutive weekends of family celebrations. Check in was seamless and the host was very attentive and responsive to any inquiries. The location is incredibly convenient to stores and shops needed. The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet. I was able to work remotely, with ease, at the workstation desk in the house. The kids were able to play in the backyard. The house was very clean, spacious and suited my family's needs wonderfully. What more could you ask for? It felt like a little home away from home. We cant wait to come back!

Houston baseball weekend

Our family stayed here while playing baseball in Tomball. Fairly easy commute up there. The property was clean and nice. Communication was almost instant every time I had a question. Great place. Would use again.
