2 room apartment, cozy, bright recently renovated 400 meters from the beach and the city center, the train station is 200 meters away, very nice view overlooking the valley. Living room opening onto south-east facing balcony, separate fitted kitchen, small hallway leading to a bathroom and a bedroom with wardrobe, separate toilet. The apartment is located in a small residence on the 3rd floor with elevator. Bed and bathroom linen provided.

La vue sur la campagne avec le balcon est un atout indéniable de ce logement et nous a permis de passer un bon sejour malgré quelques déconvenues. Le materiel du logement est très vieux et pas toujours adéquat (table basse au pied cassé, 3 verres à moutarde en guise de verres à eau, des draps presque elimés, la machine à laver le linge ne fait pas s'écouler la lessive). L'adresse indiquée dans l'email de reservation n'était pas la bonne.La personne en charge du check-in/checkout n'était pas au courant des horaires de checkout indiquées sur le site internet. Le ménage était un peu juste (poussière accumulée sur le micro-ondes, des condiments périmés depuis des années dans la cuisine).Pour le prix, il serait bon de revoir certaines choses, pour le confort des locataires.

Petit appartement charmant et confortable

Nous avons loge avec plaisir dans ce petit appartement cosy et fonctionnel. Nous y avons bien dormi et nous avons pu facilement aller au bord de la mer, ou faire des courses dans le centre d Houlgate. Tres sympa !
