Welcome to Lake Balboa Gallery & Golf! This comfortable one level home features 5 beds, 2 baths & a jetted tub! Unique way to view original art and prints in the home. Full kitchen with granite countertops. Located just minutes from the newest golf courses in Hot Springs Village! Just 3 minutes drive from Lake Balboa where there’s a sandy beach to enjoy swimming, boating, fishing and kayaking. Bakery, café and restaurants nearby. Trail access from back yard. Fantastic location! Hot Springs Village is home to 11 recreational lakes, 9 championship golf courses, 13 tennis courts, 14 pickleball courts, 30 miles of walking trails!

Home away from home

This rental house is in a great location with easy access to amenities in the area. It was furnished very nicely, and felt like we were home. Nice trail right out the back door. Everything you need is supplied. Great communication with the owner.

Relaxing and Active Labor Day Weekend

The house was a perfect spot to relax, with the back patio facing the woods and a great living area for socializing. We also had great activities, including pickle ball and golf. It was perfect for relaxing and for activities!
