Family spring Break Trip

Wonderful space for a family spring break. Kids loved the Foosball and bunkbed room! We visited the Hot Springs National Park for hiking, the quartz mine for rock hunting, the science museum, and bird watched at the beautiful paths inside the village. We would definitely recommend.

This is such a great place. It can be for adults and family’s. It is convenient to all golf courses and any restaurants you could ask for. If you need a place to stay this is the place. It is out of this world. We like it so much we booked it for our annual spring golf trip. All new appliances very very very clean.

Great Long Weekend

We stayed 4 nights over Labor Day weekend while playing multiple rounds of golf, getting out on the lake, short trip to the casino, and hanging out at the house. I couldn’t complain about anything because everything was amazing. -House super clean and more than enough room for 7 people. -Communication was top notch. Literally, the most helpful and informative host I’ve had. -Golf courses were beautiful and not crowded. Exact same for Lake Balboa. -Quiet nice neighborhood. If I had to give any advice about something that I didn’t know well would be to get more info about how the parking passes and gate works. They take the entry rules seriously. I didn’t know I had to stop every time, and I didn’t know I couldn’t use the right lane. Also, make sure every driver is on the list and has contact info for the host. Overall, 5 of 5 stars. Would absolutely love to stay again.

Choate family Hot Springs vacation

The house was amazing. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. Plenty of activities and fabulous places to eat. The location was great felt very safe and secure. It was one perfect vacation for all ages. Loved loved loved it. Will definitely be back!!

Wonderful stay!

Our stay in Hot Springs Village was amazing! The house was beautifully furnished and well kept. There was plenty of space for our two families and it was stocked with board games, foosball - and the bunk room was a huge hit with the kids! The Village is a perfect location with great amenities for a getaway - we loved our time at Balboa Lake and enjoyed grilling and gathering as a family in the back deck. The location is a short drive from downtown for exploring the hot springs and enjoying restaurants and shops. The owners were incredibly responsive and went above and beyond to ensure we had all that we needed for our stay. I hope that we make it back to Arkansas soon so we can stay at the house again! We highly recommend it!

Perfect for a golf Buddies trip

6 guys for daily golf. The house was everything we needed and several personal touches showed that the owners really wanted to go the extra mile. Grilled steaks on the patio. Good internet. I certainly will try to rent this house in the future when I need accommodations for this many people.

Hot Springs Village

The house is well set up and has everything you need for a big family gathering. There is plenty of space on the back deck to hang out and grill. The Hot Springs Village neighborhood is an awesome place to spend a family vacation. It’s very quiet and private with plenty of things to do inside the gates of the village. The beach at lake Bilboa is amazing and just a short nature trail away from it is an amazing waterfall with natural pools of water to swim in and jump off the rocks in to. We definitely enjoyed our family reunion here and will stay again if ever back in Arkansas.
