Luxury ‘ Tree House’ on the Lake

This home is right on the lake with a tree-shaded upper deck for comfortable outdoor living. This 3-bedroom and 2 full-bath home has been fully remodeled during 2023. Brand new kitchen with new cabinets and new island and all new bathrooms. Enjoy the new electric fireplace in the living area. The townhome has all new furniture and appliances—a large tub in the upper-level bathroom and a walk-in shower in the level bathroom.

There is also a game room and play area on the lower level that is perfect for all ages. There are 3 Samsung HD TVs in the home. High-speed wifi is provided.

Queen bed on upper level and King bed on lower level along with a versatile room with bunk beds as well as a futon that can be opened up for a Full-size bed.

The location on a large cove right next to the open lake makes this a paradise for lake fun, whether that means swimming, kayaking, or fishing. The dock provides a perfect spot for relaxation and play.

The upper deck has seating for 8 with 2 dining sets and the lower deck has 4 great Adirondack chairs for relaxing while viewing the lake. The storage cabinet on the lower deck is stocked with swimming noodles and blow-up floaties for your use.

Nice, but no fish

Property is clean & has very nice views of the lake. There is a deck out back that would be wonderful for a swim. However; it is not good for fishing. For there are no fish! We rented a boat ( do not do this) & trolled the 200 acre "lake" for hours. Did not get a nibble. BTW it takes 216 acres of water to constitute a lake. This is a great body of water for kayaking, not boating. Golf courses are spectacular and expensive. About $300+ for a pair to golf one course. Add $350 for boating and two games of golf, we were at a grand for minimal entertainment. Come for the views, golf (if you can splurge), and boat at lake Oachita if you like to fish.

Always great!

We have stayed here a few times and the home is always very nice, clean, and just a classic HSV townhouse. Good lake access, great fishing and swimming area. We will return again soon!
