This is one of the best properties we’ve rented on VRBO. The villa has a great floor plan and wonderful back yard right on the water. Extras like the kayaks and golf cart were great. We would definitely rent this property again if we ever go back to Hopkins (which is a great place to visit).

Great house!

A beautiful peaceful location!

We stayed with 3 adults and 3 kids and we had more than enough room. The location and setting of the house are just perfect! Gorgeous views of the water and incredibly easy access to swimming in the pool and sea. Hopkins is a great little village and there were plenty of options for restaurants.

Beautiful vacation home

We had a wonderful time in Hopkins at this spacious beach house. The location is absolutely beautiful with an amazing dock and beautiful outdoor living. House has everything you could need- exactly as described. Short 5 minute golf cart ride to the marina with a restaurant and town/resorts 5 minutes in the other direction.

This villa had it all! Very spacious with 3 large bedrooms including a massive master bedroom with ensuite. The main kitchen on the main floor had all that we needed. There is a smaller kitchen on the upper floor. The 3 bathrooms were well equipped with warm water on demand. The plunge pool was inviting as the afternoons heated up. The dock was amazing with access to the ocean and sea breezes. Having the 6 seater golf cart was a game changer! We travelled into Hopkins daily for trips to the grocery store or amazing dining opportunities. Two marinas are a short walk from the Villa. I will definitely tell my friends and family about this wonderful island place!

Fun house on the ocean

This house was amazing. My family loved it. We had the perfect sunrise view from the deck, we loved the sea kayaks, and having a pool at the house. The kitchen was huge, and it was so nice to have a/c. We would love to come back again one day.

We loved the dock!

Everything was fantastic at this lovely house. We appreciated the plentiful towels and beach toys and the ice maker was a fun bonus. The dock was amazing, with 5 comfortable loungers and we spent most of our time there enjoying the ocean breezes. I hope we can return some day!!

Family Exploration

We thoroughly enjoyed this comfy home away from home. Darwin helped guide us a bit when asked, exploring Hopkins, making new friends and eating the food are the best highlights!! Water was beautiful, dock and using kayaks was loads of fun for all of us! We loved this home and area and look forward to staying again in the future!

Excellent communication with host. Our property manager Darwin was an absolute star throughout our stay. The property was clean, well-appointed and located with privacy yet easy reach to town. Really thrilled with our days at this property in Hopkins!

Fantastic time!

Really, really enjoyed Sue's place! We were here for a week with our family of 6, kids ranging from 10-14. We had an absolutely wonderful time and feel lucky to have found such a wonderful place. Darwin was fantastic as well! 5-stars all around!

Beautiful home, fabulous holiday.

We had a fantastic week staying in this beautiful house with a stunning private dock. We were able to completely relax and enjoy peace and tranquility. Darwin was extremely helpful and quick to get back to us with any questions. We will definitely be back.

Beautiful location, spacious home

We had a great week! The dock was perfect. The water was warm and easy to swim in. The place was cool and clean, and the kitchen was well stocked. We also loved the little private pool. Stann Creek is lovely. There are lots of nice places to eat and grocery stores nearby. It is not super touristy which is what we were looking for.

Really enjoyed our stay!

We really enjoyed our stay at Villa by the Sea! Our family of 5 had plenty of room to spread out (the teenager thought it was really cool to have his own kitchen and bathroom upstairs). The dock was amazing, and the pool was just perfect for dipping off. The host was super helpful and responsive. I would recommend a golf cart! It really made going into town more enjoyable, being in an open-air environment. We used GetToKnowBelize for a few adventures (ATM cave, snorkel, and fishing), recommended by the host, and they were great!

Great house

The house was lovely with many high-end features. It was great to have the pool and dock, we used both. Our timing was unfortunate with the sea grass, we often caught an unpleasant odor. We enjoyed being near, but not in town.

Belize Bliss

This property is very well appointed and had everything we wanted or needed. It provided privacy for those who wanted it. A beautiful home with the amenities of a small pool, poolside side bar, dock, snorkeling equipment, kayaks, high quality beach furniture, and a golf cart made our stay the most enjoyable beach vacation we have ever had. A difficult place to say farewell to.

Amazing house!

We had a great stay! Loved the pool, dock, and little beach. My kids learned how to open the coconuts and had a blast doing that every day. Darwin was a great resource, such a fun and interesting person to talk to and was available when we needed him. House is clean and so much space. Thank you for opening your home to us. Clean and quiet

Located close to downtown Hopkins, but just far enough to escape the commotion. Nice, quiet home with plenty of amenities to keep you entertained. Pool is small, but oddly perfect. Hanging out under the cabana, watching the water, was so relaxing. It took me a day to realize the water at the end of the pier was only a few inches deep during low tide!
