Exclusive luxury apartment facing the sea, with direct views of the sea from the dinning room for 8 people. Fully furnished with top quality finishes, offering spacious and welcoming spaces. Located in Turena, the newest condominium on the Yucatecan Coast, in residential Kinuh (Telchac Puerto).
The apartment is located on the second floor with a linear view of the beach, behind Laguna Rosada (the complex has an elevator).
Inside the apartment you have the option of relaxing in the comfort of a private terrace equipped with a table and 6 chairs, and a heated pool. It has a main room, dining room, fully equipped kitchen, washer, dryer and a secondary room with a sofa bed. The rooms have smart TV.
- Main bedroom: 2 Queen beds, ocean view and exit to the terrace, full bathroom and walk-in closet
- Bedroom 2: one King bed, ocean view and exit to the terrace, full bathroom
Likewise, we have a small extra room that contains:
- 1 bedroom with a bunk bed (1 double bed and 1 single bed), full bathroom and small closet.
Finally, we have an interconnected study (“lock-off):
- 1 bedroom with 1 King bed and full bathroom
- 1 room with a sofa bed (it has a smart TV)
- 1 dining room with kitchen fully equipped
