Amazing location right on Little Platte lake! Close to many lake Michigan beaches, the Platte River, Crystal Lake, Crystal Mountain, skiing, fishing & more. Loft has a private entrance above a garage with a full bath, kitchen with microwave, fridge & toaster oven only. Wifi and Spectrum tv.

No stovetop or oven. Conveniently located within 5-20 min drive to Lake Michigan, Empire, Frankfort, Beaulah, Interlochen, Traverse City, Manistee. And 30-45 mins to Glen Arbor, Fishtown and much more.
The space
Newly constructed private apartment above garage just off private living space. Accommodations to sleep 6 with a kitchenette and full bathroom. On-site parking. Heat and AC in the space. Guest to supply their own towels.

Guest to use entry door next to garage door. Climb stairs to access loft!
Other things to note
Little Platte Lake access less than 100 feet from house. Renters can bring and launch their own kayaks, canoe or small fishing boat. In order to access the Lake we ask guest to use driveway in front of garage to public access road.

Location-Location-Location

Prime location to experience Michigan in prime time. Personally I love this area year-round, but Summertime in Michigan, in this neck of the woods is beyond precious. This property was clean and quiet and most importantly, properly priced. The loft is air conditioned with plenty of natural light and is adequately appointed. The owners were on site and available, promptly answering inquiries. I would absolutely stay here again. It is located in the very heart of one of the most beautiful places on earth. This is not the Ritz or the Four Seasons, it is a chance to experience something far better.

Our family had a wonderful stay. We really needed just for naps and spending the night. Had wonderful tv and able to stream. Only thing it doesn’t have is a stove so we creatively figured out ways to microwave and use the toaster oven. We went to many places from staying here. Close to anywhere. We made wonderful memories. Host is great. Enjoy staying here
