Air con size was inadequate for cooling of entire unit...should have a drape liner to shield city lighting and/or afternoon sun heat in the living areas...bath sink faucet was loose and towel bars were crooked...substandard glass enclosure in shower due to excess water splash during showering...several drawers hard to open and 2 cabinet door hinges loose...air con was loud/cheapest make...unit has high potential however requires some attention to live up to description and price it has..also parking availability is horrible and expensive...if you leave the bedroom door open during sleep time ..air con cannot cool unit and is too lighted if you sleep in a darker room...lastly refrigerator door opens the wrong way toward the wall...inconvenient to access ....
